The AcoustiRACK ACTIVE range is the only soundproof rack to incorporate Silentium's proprietary Active Noise Control (ANC) technology.

By combining traditional soundproofing techniques with noise cancelling technology spatial noise reduction can be achieved across the entire noise frequency range.

The AcoustiRACK ACTIVE also provides highest levels of thermal dissipation.

The thermal performance of the AcoustiRACK ACTIVE is driven by two fan modules, one located at the top and one at the bottom of the cabinet. These fan modules provide forced air-flow into and out of the rack.

This high performance does come at a cost however. Each fan module populates 4U of height inside the rack, so a total of 8U of useable space is lost within each rack (for example, a 41U rated cabinet is reduced to 33U).
